3. Payment and Subscription
a. Monthly Fee: The Client agrees to pay a recurring monthly fee of $25 for the services provided by the Company.
b. Authorization: The Client authorizes the Company to charge the specified monthly fee to the Client's provided payment method via Stripe.
c. Payment Failure: In the event of a failed payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client's access to the services until the outstanding payment is settled.
4. Cancellation and Termination
a. Cancellation Policy: The Client can cancel the subscription at any time, subject to a 30-day notice period. The Client will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
